You can do that by going to "Advanced" --> find software --> from there you can click on mysql or phpmyadmin 
those section are sync together so once you created the database name and username password it will show up to your phpmyadmin


You know that for this service I am going to stay here ... I was looking at options like AWS but they do not have this type of personalization that is relevant to me
